Please read all of the instructions below before submitting a Reset Password request.

If you are only having difficulty logging in to TDS but not other Georgetown applications, please try a different browser, or try clearing the cookies from the browser you are currently using.
GU applicants: Your username and password are your NetID and password. Contact UIS if you need to reset your password.
If you have tried all of the above and the problem persists, contact the Office of Global Education.

If you use your GU NetID to login, you will not be able to reset your password using the form below.
